I had a great experience my first time on Thumbtack. Moishe from Noyatech1 was very professional with great people skills. He could not fix my (old) equipment due to the cost of repair & was upfront about that. He tried to help me in any way he could & I really appreciated that. Knew the printer, fixed similar issue recently on same unit. In my case, was not able to fix so didn't charge me. Said cheaper to replace whole unit than order the specific part and pay for labor. Even gave me a few units recommended
