I had a bad experience with a computer repair service prior to the great work done by Turbo Performance Computers (TPC). Arrived on time, polite, congenial, but focused on the task at hand. That is, the clock was not chewed up by small talk. I had been unable to use my laptop due to a hack. The work done for me was thorough and precise. I feel like I have a new computer back. It is an awful and helpless feeling when someone takes over your computer and takes you offline! If you are like me it was like cutting off my oxygen because I do not receive any paperwork or account details in the mail. My entire life was on my laptop. TPC seemed to understand how I felt in the kind way that he dealt with me. My prior experience was so bad and offensive without respect for how ti's might be affecting me! The work was excellent and I can unconditionally recommend their services!

Goeffery was super helpful & provided genuine support with my Mac situation. Since I have an old model the cost of repairs wouldn't have made sense compared to me getting a newer model which he advised against repair. I think other techs would have just taken my money. I was able to find a different Mac and he offered to help wiping my old Mac so I can resell it. I also got a used Sindows for my 12 yr old so he could game and stay off my computer all within budget. Goeffery helped me with ensuring specs were right and what to look for to make sure I wasn't getting scammed in any way. I appreciate meeting him. He's He's a customer for life here!

In my many experiences with computer techs, there always seems to be an arrogance to them. Being rude and disrespectful of personal information or trying to take advantage of my lack of awareness on computers. I've been always apprehensive because of this. But my experience with Geoffrey was amazing! He was respectful, honest and professional. Even though my computer was problematic to handle, he did not quit until it got to work. I ended up getting a new computer anyway - due to the issues with my old PC. But Geoffrey continued to help and even guide me on purchasing my new PC. Not only that, but their prices are affordable compared to other computer repair places. If I ever need computer advice or help, I will definitely be coming back to Turbo Performance Computers. I've never had such a pleasant experience.
