- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic fee is waived if the repair exceeds $350. We offer military, veteran, and senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A service call/diagnostic is scheduled and performed. After the issue is identified we provide solutions for repair or options for replacement. We do honor ANY manufacturer's parts warranty if validated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 20 years of experience in various building trades, with 15 dedicated to HVAC. Currently hold: NATE Certification in the Service & Installation of A/C, Heat pumps and Air Distribution Systems. Certified a Pool Operator with PHTA. National Comfort Institute Certified in Residential System Performance and Air Balancing. Numerous manufacturer specific certifications
