Nigel has been servicing my older system for the past few years, and I have grown to trust him. He explains everything, and not only knows his stuff, but takes pride in what he does. I just replaced my whole system, and installed a split a/c unit in a room that has been unbearably hot for years. I was told previously it couldnt be done. I was working from home while Nigel and his team did their work all day, and from the noise I was mentally preparing for a big clean up. I didnt have to do a thing. You wouldnt even know they had been cutting through the walls, and pulling out old stuff all day. Im a single Mom running the show myself, and have encountered all types of vendors over the years. Its rare that you find someone who really cares, and explains thoroughly what hes doing. He always looks after my $$ too. I dont feel oversold at all. Nigel is the best!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Our previous unit was too small for our house, which was driving up our electricity bill. I had originally reached out to another company, but found them extremely rude and unprofessional. I found Ask for Cool, and read most of the testimonials and wondered if the reviews were legitimate. After having Nick evaluate the problem, we decided to go with them because of how nice and thorough they were. The new unit installed exceeded our expectations! Our electricity bill was cut in half immediately!Nigel, Nick and crew did a phenomenal job with the installation! We couldt be happier with the results and even more pleased we found Ask for Cool. Thank you Nigel, Nick and everyone!

This company is a stand up company. I called for pricing and they made me feel like family over the phone. Other companies that I reached out to wanted monies up front. The tech came out and explained what the issue was and gave me pricing as well as having the job done as soon as possible. I highly recommend this company for your ac needs.

Asked for cool AC is the best AC company Ive ever used. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, professional and clean while they work! I would highly recommend them. Ive used other AC companies in the past that were nowhere near as good as Ask for Cool AC.
