The guys had a great attitude during my move so it’s difficult for me to write this review. Their moving truck was a trailer, not a box truck and too small for my 2 bedroom. Time was spent trying to Tetris everything to fit. Then several items were damaged during the move. They handled the damages per the terms of their contract, but some things they stapled without even telling me it was damaged (I noticed the staples and brought it to their attention). After a 12.5 hours local move (25 miles) they still kept their great attitude. I’m confident they’ll learn, improve and hopefully invest in a box truck and bigger tow dollys (to protect the furniture legs).

Initially, I was impressed with Up and Up movers. When I reached out to them, they responded in a timely manner, and they showed up on time. However, I wished they were more careful with the items; the frame of a mirror was broken, a drawer is missing from the table, and a lamp. I am disappointed at the lack of responsibility taken for this, when I inquired about it. They have great potential, the owner was friendly, but I hope they work on professionalism.
