- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fair with my pricing. I include a lot of items like bar napkins, straws and some mixers. I like showing up prepared to make as many drinks as possible. Some things the planners may not think about. I offer some extra services if the planner needs as well; like picking up ice, shopping for for drinks and fruit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find out the details of the party to make things run smoothly and special.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been bartender for 30 years and can make just about any drink.
