Our fees cover the necessary charges to file the case and include the entire scope of services required. We aim to provide an all-inclusive fee structure, so clients won't encounter any surprise charges along the way. Additionally, for Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, attorney fees are pre-set by the clerk of courts. We also offer affordable payment plans with a 0% interest rate for any remaining attorney fees, ensuring accessibility and convenience for our clients. This approach eliminates uncertainties, ensures transparency, and provides clients with a clear understanding of the costs involved from the outset.
