- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the complexity of the design, the number and type of balloons required, and the location of the event. I offer a range of packages to fit different budgets, and I’m always transparent about costs upfront. Discounts are available for large orders or repeat customers, and I also charge a delivery and setup fee, which depends on the distance and time required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an initial consultation, where we discuss the event’s theme, budget, and any specific ideas or inspirations the customer has. I then create a customized design proposal, including a quote. Once approved, I proceed with sourcing materials and scheduling the setup. On the event day, I handle delivery, setup, and any necessary adjustments to ensure everything is perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught. I try to always stay in trends in the industry to ensure I’m always offering the best and most current designs.
