They came to my home and diagnosed the problem with my microwave. Gave me a price to repair and ordered the part. The part arrived ahead of time and they repaired my microwave. Update: After the part was installed, we had the same issue about a week later. Norma Appliance came back out and diagnosed that the electrical line coming into the unit was not grounded properly. They fixed the problem and had to take the damaged panel back for repair. I am waiting for the panel to come back repaired from NY. It's been over a month and am hoping for resolution soon.

We have a flat rate service fee for come out and do diagnostic. It’s 50$ that could be frrr if you hire us for repair

We will call you to schedule an appointment and to discuss about your issue. After that techs will come to you for repair
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have few guys in our team one of them is microelectronic engineer with more than 40 years experience. Also we have electricians and plumbers.
