- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts depending on the number of items needed to be moved. I price based on the service type, weight, mileage, and how many employees I need to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My manager will reach out to the customer via text, phone call, or thumbtack. She handles all quoting, dispatching and scheduling. Once they have come to an agreement on the date, time, and rate of service she can proceed with placing you on our schedule and I will come to complete your service at the designated time. We provide communication from prior to service if you have any questions/concerns and she will reconfirm appointments the day prior or the day of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have medical certifications along with training in over-the-road driving and moving/hauling services.
