While visiting family in North Port I decided to begin exploring the area to find my first investment property. Not knowing what to look for and what would be profitable I reached out to a few property management companies to find help. When I called All County I spoke with a rep named Crystal who was extremely helpful. She helped me identify a few different possible properties and referred me to a local realtor as their business only does property management. After closing on my property, I reached back out to Crystal, and she began working on listing my property and finding a tenant. Would definitely recommend them!
