Sunshine State Design accessed what we needed to repair our stucco bay window. They gave us options, different price points and the pros and cons of each. They were very professional and easy to talk to. Once we decided what we wanted done the price was fair for the amount of work. The crew that did the work were neat and courteous and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommended them.

I chose Sunshine State Designz because my son recommended them to me and I’m so glad I did. I had stucco work needing repair and a new dock that needed painting. The crew did an excellent job on both projects. Neil came to look at the job(s) and told me what to expect. Gave me a quote that evening. They arrived promptly when they said they would, completed the job in a timely manner. All the while Neil kept me updated on any delay or rescheduling needed. I will call them whenever I need more done (and I do!). They are professional yet down to earth. They have experts for every needed service. These guys are exceptional! Hurricane Ian caused a lot of surface damage on my house and barn. I really think the buildings look better now after they did the repairs then it did before. They are great to work with, honest, reasonable in price with no price gouging which so many have seen at this time. They were very concerned about giving me a quality product which they did. Getting supplies after the hurricane was difficult but somehow they did it and also had some custom pieces made for my barn. Some of the supplies they had to go across the state to get, but they did. I cannot say enough about what great guys they are and the quality of work that they did. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years.

We price the job as a whole. We do not do hourly. We are licensed general contractors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will look at the project, tell the customer about our background. We will give the customer a rough time frame and then We will send 1-3 quotes with different price points based on low to high end materials
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We started out almost a decade ago building full timber frame houses in Kodiak Alaska from the ground up. Then when I moved to New York I started home remodel and repair. I can do roofing,fences,windows,doors,trim,paint,flooring,drywall,electrical.plumbing,gazebos,decks,porches, full tiny homes.
