- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The estimate in the app is based on an hourly rate. Final price will be based on actual hours of the project. Basic cleaning supplies are provided. Client is responsible for cost of moving or real estate clean out supplies, ex. boxes and trash bags.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I show up to the first appointment ready work. Please provide as much information as possible in the app so I know what supplies are needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this work professionally since 2013 and stay up to date on all current cleaning and organizing information.
