Fair price and great work, we may not be the cheapest but we certainly offer excellent work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we identify the client's problem, after which we provide 2 or 3 options for solutions to solve it, based on investment value and quality, and we let the client choose what they prefer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working with customer service for many years, and in our work we have experienced all types of difficulties that may arise on a project and we know what to do if something unexpected happens.
