My AC was not working because my drain was clogged. Greg was at my home within an hour. He explained everything in detail.
Advised of monthly maintenance that could potentially delay this from happening again. He also confirmed the recommendation of getting the system maintained every 6 months for better quality and longevity. He was professional and knowledgeable, and his patience and customer service is greatly appreciated.
