- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The priceing is fair. It is the same pricing the insurance companies use to do their billing. If it is out of pocket we will work with you to get your project started and completed whole maintaining a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what occured and when, get there and see what the situation is and locate the sources of damage. Find out if the service will be handled via the home/buisness owner or via insurance and gather all info related to that. If water set up machines and to anything needed to prevent further damage and dry the structure out correctly. With regards to mold, similar with the first few steps, yet do all you can to keep the situation from getting worse yet get a proper mold assessment performed from a 3rd party inspection ASAP. Get the lab reports and protocol and get to work fast. Make sure the home owner is going to remain safe if needed help find living arrangements or do anything to make the home owners feel safe and secure. The simplicity is to help the person(s) get help fast.

10+ years of construction, NORMI training, 4+ years experience with mold and mold assessment, 15+ years in the service industry particularly person to person coustomer relations and communications
