I finally found the perfect Handyman. I tried several different individuals who either didn’t show, never responded, or did subpar work. Fabio has been absolutely amazing. He showed up on time, was upfront with pricing for all of my projects and stayed the entire day until everything was completed to my satisfaction. He did a wide range of work from installing a toilet, installing a screen door, electrical work, and even hung a stubborn mirror that we could not get on the wall properly. Somehow he even made friends with my grumpy dachshund Fabio wasted no time, he talked me through the jobs, each step of the way to make sure I was informed, and did exceptional work. If you were looking for someone who is skilled and has high integrity, then you will be very pleased with Fabio’s work. He is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. By far the best handyman I ever hired. I will call him again again.

Fabio responded right away and did a great job installing our glass shower door. The task ended up being a lot more difficult because our shower walls were not completely level but he still managed to install the doors perfectly! Will definitely come back to KS Home Maintenance for future needs

Fabio helped us out immensely removing and installing a double drawer dishwasher. We didn’t have all the parts needed and he went to the closest hardware store and got what we needed. He was very friendly and did a great job.

Fabio did a great job. I had him opening a wall, removing entertainment center, creating a door frame for bathroom and change the screens in Florida room. He did it with no supervision and did extremely well. Quality work for a great price. I definitely will use him again
