Sam was excellent and professional. When replacing the ice maker didn’t solve the problem Sam came back and discovered 2 wires in the bottom of the freezer door had been cut by the door opening and closing. Sam made the repairs and ice machine is now working.

Very helpful either way assessing whether our faulty refrigerator could be repaired. We purchased a home and the refrigerator wasn’t working. We wanted to see if it was worth it to try to fix it. He gave us a thorough explanation and examined everything. Very friendly and punctual. We couldn’t fix the problem, but it was worth it to get his expertise before we dished out tons of money to try to repair it. Great job!
