- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
(Para español, por favor solo texto) Our charge is transparent and FLAT RATE for disgnostic visit. Only $69 residential and $119 commercial. And $69 residential's charge will be WAIVED only if you hire us to do the final repair. Final repair pricing will depend on the part ,difficulties and how far the location. We have waranty of our work for couple of months because we know how important trust is. inquire with us about the "payment instalment" as well. We always try to make our customer happy😊 Just please make sure you are serious to hire us if you contact us because each of leads here is paid upfront by us. Thanks 🙏
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call or book us with instant booking, we will confirm the appointment, before the technician depart, you will get text message to remind you. Our talented technician will come to visit you and do through check up and take a picture of the part needed for replacement. If we have the part, we can offer same day service with additional charge and if we need to order, we will come back between 3-5 days and set another appointment with you. We will let you know the price before booking so no surprise bills!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We go through all necessary training. Our talented technician is very skillfull in all brands appliance for residential and also commercial.
