- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very competitive and fair pricing. Not once have we lost a customer because of budget issues. We are always willing to work within your budget. We won't charge you up the wazoo if you live in a castle. Fair means fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we do an estimate (either remotely on Google Earth, or in person). Once the estimate is sent out, we patiently wait. When it is accepted, we set a date, and complete the job. If you talk to our past customers, they will tell you that we treat them all as if they are family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained with true professionals, who have over 30 years experience, for the last 8 years. I am currently in contractor school for my Aluminum specialty license, so I can soon become a builder.
