My family and I came for the mini Salt Therapy Session during the grand opening. We all enjoyed our time. The Studios energy was so clean and clear. I was truly able to relax. You physically can feel the cleansing effects of the salt throughout your sinuses. You can feel the mucus breaking up if there is any. So don't be put off if you're coughing. The room mists up so you will visibly see the salt disperse, taste it on your lips and your skin. Also we were given personal mp3 players and headphones to listen to meditation music, which was also very relaxing.This is optional. I would like to have more Salt Therapy Sessions in the future. Karolina was very sweet and intuitive.

Not at all what I expected. Based on all the great reviews, I was expecting this to be a wonderful, relaxing experience. I had even planned on booking another appt for a massage because of the great reviews. Unfortunately,this experience was very different from other Reiki sessions I've received.When I called to make my appt, the lady I spoke to was very rude. Rather than being helpful, she ranted about the cancellation policy. You know what they say about first impressions.. but I assumed I must have been speaking to a receptionist who was having a bad day. Unfortunately, the lady who made my appt was the same lady who does the sessions. In person, Karolina seemed very cold. It's definitely not the warm, comforting feeling you expect to have. The studio is located in an old strip mall with mostly closed down businesses. There were alot of shady looking people hanging around everywhere on the sidewalks and parking lot. Once you get inside, the studio itself is very nicely decorated and clean. Nice, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. (This is why 2 stars rather than 1). As I walked in, Karolina told me to leave my shoes in a cubby and walked off. I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. Then she came back and instructed me to go into the room and lie down on the table. She did not explain what she was going to do, what I should do, or anything. Basically she did her version of reiki, while I fell asleep. Afterwards, she did not offer me any information about what she felt during the session. Normally, after a reiki session, they talk to you about what they felt and which chakras seem blocked, give feedback, etc. Karolina did not say anything! She just rushed me out the door to take her next customer. I would not go back to her for any of the services offered based on her Bad Energy and lack of professionalism. I'm still baffled as to how she has so many good reviews. Maybe I caught her on a bad day?

2 star with no review left? We have no records of a "Mali H" in our studio. Update repsonse from owner as Mali H left a few words : Ah the wonderful world of Google reviews...where most are taken from a personal context but as a proud owner we know that we always do our best. With this being said I (Karolina M) would like to clarify a few things. Mali, every Reiki practitioner is different and it is quite obvious that we are not a good fit for each other...no hard feelings there at all. But..... 1. I was certainly not rude over the phone, you took it as me being rude for whatever reason. I will not take it personally. 2. I was cold...well again this is your perception and I certainly wont take it personlly. My other numerous reviews can attest to my warmth and beautiful energy. 3. Old strip mall with mostly closed businesses? No, we are located in a business complex where all of of the windows are tinted and yes it does look empty but I can assure you lots of thriving businesses (mine included) 4. I walked off after you took your shoes off? Where did I go? The studion is very small and I always guide my clients into the room... 5. I rushed you out and I have bad energy and unprofessional? I am not sure how to even respsond to this.... 6. Rant about the cancelation policy? I state the cancelation policy with every appt. Did you know that almost daily we have a no-show. Quite frustarting as a business owner. So with all of this being said I take great pride in my business and wanted to clarify these points as many others will read your comments and only fair for me to be able to clarify a few things. There is a reason why I have numerous 5 star reviews. Perhaps you were having a bad day when you had seen me and had big expectations. Reiki is energy healing and energy is always changing. Hope you find an amazing Reiki practitioner for your future healing endeavors. I wish you well.

It is to my understanding that you had an Issue with a client of mine who you decided to issue a verbal trespass for which my client tried to apologize and ask you a question about it but you totally ignored my client in every way possible and i feel that you owe my client an apology for your actions and I also know you violated your own trespass by having communication with my client that's not what you do when you issue one. I would greatly appreciate it if you would apologize to my client and resolve this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.Side note: If you report a "review" to Google they will not take it down whoever wrote the review has to take it down.

Of course we are!!! How do you think we run a business and see clients!? Did you know that we are a BY APPT ONLY studio and return all missed calls during business hours? Have you tried calling us first and leaving a VM? We have it written on our website, our front door AND our Voicemail that we are By Appt. So you wont ever catch us if you pop by without an appt as we are with clients. So if you would like to book an appt give us a call! We are booked 2 weeks out as we have been extremely busy.
