- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe, that in order to see results in a timely matter, that 45min workout sessions, 3x per week are essential. To really get the ball rolling, on the two off days, work should still be done on your own to make sure you stay burning calories as well. Typical Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule or Tuesday, Thursday Saturday schedule is ideal. For weeks in a month, totals 12 sessions. $75 per session ( At Boxr or Elev8tion Locations). If needed to travel to your complexes gym, irs $100 per session. When paid up front, 4 sessions will be given free, that you can use anytime in that month, totaling 16 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Doing a 1hr consultation. Which includes discussions of goals, motivations and eating habits. Followed by a strength test, measurements, body fat test, BMI and projection time table.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m currently in school for a BS in Exercise Science. My current certifications are: Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Body Building Specialist, Youth Fitness Coach, and Master Trainer.
