We hand pick only the freshest ingredients such as organic, grass fed, etc. please keep this in mind when selecting us. You can expect only the best service as far as flavors, & presentation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make the process super easy for you! As I understand how stressful this can be. First I will get information. Then I will begin creating the menu & will get back to you shortly!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in nutrition science and I have been working scratch kitchen restaurants for the past 10 years. I did not go to culinary school just learned from those that did.
