From the first call they were very responsive and answered many of my questions. A rep came out and met with me to go over all my household needs since I was looking for more of a housekeeping service as opposed to a cleaning service. But they offer both which I thought was great. I've been looking for a service like this for quite a while and I tried out a few different ones but they never seem to complete all the things I wanted to get done they just seemed to want to rush in and rush out to get the other jobs. I'm so glad I found Tailor Maid and that they could do more than just my cleaning which I need my laundry and ironing done and some organizing. I'm very happy with them I signed up for them to come three times a week I recommend them highly!

They are a very professional service. I like that they custom tailor to my needs and follow a checklist to ensure the job gets done right. I hired them to come a few days a week since they do much more than clean. I have them doing my laundry & Ironing also which saved me a lot of time. I couldn't find a service that offers what they do. Im so glad I found Tailor Maid. I highly recommend them.
