If you are looking for a floor installation specialist who takes their time to explain prospective project in detail and delivers top quality work, HIRE RICHARD. I probably asked him one too many questions throughout my (first) LVP project. Richard was patient and responded to all of my messages in timely manner. It’s refreshing to find a professional who truly cares about their work! His team was extremely efficient on days of installation while being meticulous with finishing touches - baseboard/caulking done perfectly. They finished the project earlier than expected, even after making correction to an area that needed extra cork underlayment. I have to say this was the best experience I had on Thumbtack. Thank you Richard and NextGen Flooring!
