- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new client, the first thing I do is listen carefully to their requests and needs. Then I conduct a site inspection and give a clear estimate of the cost of the work. I always do my best to explain the process and agree on a time frame so that the client understands what to expect. Once the plan is approved, I immediately start working, following the agreed terms and keeping the client informed at all stages. My goal is not just to complete the task, but to create a trusting and long-term relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience in handyman services is backed not only by many years of practice, but also by two higher technical educations. This allows me to confidently solve complex problems and apply engineering approaches in my daily work. I have also mastered a wide range of skills in repair and construction, from working under the mentorship of experienced craftsmen to independently completing large projects. Each new project is an opportunity to improve, and I am always aware of the latest methods and technologies in order to offer clients the most modern and high-quality solutions.
