John was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. My Tesla charger stopped working so he came out to see what the issue was. He was very through and looking at everything and determined I needed to replace the charger. He also noticed that it was wired with too high of a gauge that was costing me about in my electric bill. When the new charger came in he was quick to come out to install it and wire it with the right gauge
