Mark is very nice and helpful, as well as knowledgeable and experienced. I had to have a screen replaced and he did the job quickly. The last time I had to replace a screen, my computer was in repair for over a month! This was less than a week, including ordering the parts needed.

I made the right pick to fix my desktop. Ammar was responsible with timing, pricing (no hidden fees) and he followed up to make sure things were working. I had trouble with wireless connection a week after getting the computer back and he was quick to get back to me and fix the problem through TeamViewer at no additional cost. I would highly recommend him, no questions asked!!! Excellent service!!!
