I came home to my water heating leaking. I reached out to a few companies and Allen from 911 Plumbing contacted me immediately. He talked me through shutting off water supply to water heater so I didn’t pay for water running all night. He quoted me a price and offered to come first thing in the morning to replace water heater. Allen was excellent at communicating the entire process. I wasn’t home for installation so he sent me pictures and kept me updated on his progress. I am very happy I chose this company. I will definitely be hiring 911 Plumbing again. Thank you for everything Allen!

As soon as I submitted a request to 911 Plumbing, I received a call from Allen shortly after. He explained the process and was flexible in establishing a same day inspection and service. Both Allen and his teammate Peter arrived timely, was transparent, walked through the process, explained the issue, and even gave tips to cover up the hole and a contact to replace our old bathroom vanity cabinet. They ensured that we understood the best possible solution for our main water line valve; however, allowed us to determine which valve type we wanted. -hint: it's what they recommended. :) They gave us something to think about concerning the other valves in the house and so, we will definitely reach out to them to replace the old ones. Trustworthy, fair, transparent, honest, professional, and prompt are characteristics we'd use to describe this company and their workers.

They did a great job. Peter showed up on time (actually a bit early). Communicated exactly what he was going to do, then did it. He tested everything several times. Even tightened up my faucet just because. He works quickly but is very meticulous, cleaned everything up when he was done.
Peter was awesome, would hire him for any plumbing job.

I really like Peter and Allen of 911 plumbing. they were very Friendly, efficient and professional. they came in and worked quickly and did not leave any mess behind they also taught me a few things about the mechanisms of plumbing to avoid any possible future issues. I really like these guys and highly recommend them.

I had three plumbers prior to this company come in to correct my sink disposal in my kitchen. All three “fixed” the problem. It wasn’t until 911 Plumbing came in, was able to correctly diagnose the problem and truly fix the disposal. The professionalism and quick pace that upheld quality is unmatched and any further plumbing needs will be with this company.
