- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to either meet with them in person beforehand or speak with them over the phone, via Zoom etc to get some base information regarding their pet, their preferences, feeding times, walking instructions etc. This ensures that I can care for your pet(s) in a manner that is most comfortable to you and your pet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had dogs for most of my life, I’ve helped care for family members’ pets and I have volunteered at dog shelters. I also have a Pet CPR + First Aid Certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided that doing social media and sales wasn’t fulfilling me at a deep level, so I followed my passion and love for dogs, and decided this was what I needed in my life to truly make me happy. I truly enjoy the company of animals and taking care of them.
