FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is a little different. We charge a monthly service fee compared to a per cut rate we have found this to be more efficient and helps save our customers money on our monthly services such as lawn maintenance, and bush trimming. Our projects are more involved, and everyone is different so he or she are required to have an estimate before work can be performed.Landscape projects can be spectacular, but you also get what you pay for so really communication helps us to help you get great work done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with leads generated by our systems such as Home Advisor or Thumbtack, meaning a customer is inquiring about work they would like to have done via one of these sites. We return a call or email to their contact information and set up a time to physically show up and talk to you and see the property to give you best an estimate. Anyone can just throw a price at you, but we want you to meet us and show us what you desire. It is your home, and we know you want it beautiful so we want to visualize how we can do this for you. This can lead you better options sometimes. If you like our ideas and pricing and hire us, we enter all your information into our system so you get our service alerts and invoicing and communication is started. We provide service to our clients based on the route plan the computer gives us this saves both the customer and our time and money to better provide for you. We plan our visits months in advance for efficiency reasons that allow us to give better prices to our customers. Once your service day comes up after the estimate, we put you on the schedule and start making your property a well-manicured property. We always come on the same days each week so that you can expect us we also send you to text me email alerts of who and when we are coming. The only reason we ever typically have to change the day is due to weather, and we make sure you know when we are there if inclement weather is here during your time of service. No guess work on your part, you will always know when we are coming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cutting grass and doing landscaping work since I have been five years old. My father grew up on a farm and worked in the fields, and when I was growing up, I always wanted to drive the tractor. We would build beautiful ponds/waterfalls and decks at our house, and I just fell in love with doing it. Then at 16, I wanted to turn this idea into a business. Now I do much self-education such as podcasts, reading books, seminars, and so much more. I am also a college student at Stetson University going for a dual major in finance and marketing!
