- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on square footage, any repairs including damage to drywall, molding, etc, material being used (paint brand), any moving of furniture, and if there are any aspects like cathedral ceilings, extensive repair, trim work, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and develop a scope and discuss project. Submit a quote. Customer will pay a deposit, typically 10% down. Sign off on all project and supplies(paint color, etc..). Finish project. Go over all work and make any adjustments or corrections as agreed upon with customer. Once the customer is 100% satisfied, they pay the balance. I submit a questioner to get feedback of the customers experience. Ask for reference.
