I have been working in this profession for over 20 years and I have gained a lot of experience in it. I take pleasure in engaging with customers, helping them to bring their ideas to life, and fulfilling their needs. My work includes simple tasks such as repairing, replacing, installing, pressure washing, or even putting things together. I enjoy being creative and working with customers to come up with a plan that suits their needs. I have dealt with all kinds of customers, from those who know exactly what they want to those who have no idea. I always welcome and encourage open communication throughout the entire project. I find the challenge of the job fulfilling and enjoy taking on new projects.

Chris was very courteous and professional. His wife Rebecca joined him as well, and she was just as talented. He was always punctual and followed through on his commitments. His work was outstanding. He did a variety of things for us. He fixed vintage closets that were coming off their tracks. He replaced some ceiling drywall in a bathroom, which the texture work was amazing. It matched really well. He replaced some screens, painted doors, and pressure washed the house, porches, and sidewalks. His prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be calling him again. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job itself I have an hourly rate for the small jobs and more time consuming jobs is usually a flat rate unless unforeseen issues come up in which case I will immediately discuss it with the home owner so we can come to an agreement before any work gets done . Estimates are free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with messaging each other about project then agree to meeting where the project will be and go from there
