- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary due to distance and details that jobs require. Prices are estimated prior to job. Additional fees may apply if parameters of jobs change. Our typical service charge covers a service call to diagnose and repair if parts aren’t needed. Should parts be required they will be ordered and a second visit will be made to install at no extra cost. PARTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SERVICE COST. PARTS, TAXES AND SHIPPING ARE REQUIRED TO BE PAID TO ORDER PARTS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. Parts purchased by customer are not covered by Fit-E.R.’s warranties. After/off hours fees may apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with details, starting with the customer. We like to gain as much information from you before we arrive so that we are well prepared to service your machines. We request your equipment manufacturer brand, model number, serial number and age. This also helps us to look into and gain estimate of pricing for parts should they be needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years in the fitness equipment industry, doing sales, repairs, maintenance and service.
