Even though I didn’t get the pleasure of working with her on this job I would check back with her going forward. She responded with good timing. She was very pleasant to talk to. She answered all of my questions with ease she is very knowledgeable. Thank you for being so nice. I hope we can work together in the future. Would definitely hire her.

Poor communication leading up to the scheduled time and the company ended up cancelling my appointment at the last minute with very little communication afterwards. I'm quite disappointed especially after reading all the good reviews. I'm sure they are nice cleaners, but it doesn't help if they are inconsistent with timing and don't show up.
