- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different packages to choose from. It’s only so much this app let you do and talk about. Once we speak everything will make perfect sense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone/Video or in person consultation to iron out the details and so I can understand what exactly you are looking for. No details left out!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I own a few different certifications (don’t we all) but certifications don’t teach you how to be a professional at your craft. They don’t teach you how to greet a new client or how to make changes on the fly. I’m a former collegiate Track & Field All American, 4 year letterman. That EXPERIENCE itself taught me a lot and still resinates in me til this day.
