Introduction
I have been a trainer for 9 years and i really like to change peoples lives. I'm certified with 2 certifications; IFPA and NCSF. I work with functional training, and resistance weight training but I pretty much customize my clients workout to tone, lose weight or gain muscle mass depending on desired results. I have worked with a variety of clients at every age, it is never too early or too late to start a healthier lifestyle.
I speak English , Spanish and Portuguese.

If you are looking for a PT he is knowledgeable and works to create a training program to fit you. Dependable, punctual, able to conform to outdoor and indoor workouts. Due to my family situation I have to take a break but can’t wait to get back to the one one training. I’ve learned a lot but definitely need to learn more. Thank you Rafa

Rafael is an amazing trainer! I highly recommend him. I have completely changed my body and mindset while training with him for over a year. He is very flexible and understanding of a busy life and works with you to ensure you get your all around workout in.
