- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are tailored to each individual project, and are typically determined by the size or complexity of the work required. We offer discounts to Senior Citizens, disabled individuals, and recurring clients, as well as to active and retired military personnel, law enforcement officers, first responders, and teachers. To qualify for these discounts, please be prepared to provide a form of identification that verifies your eligibility. If you qualify, you will receive an additional 10% off the quoted price or project estimate. For recurring clients, we also offer a rewards program. For every $500 spent on our services, we will refund $50 or apply the funds to your next service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our company's aim is to establish a strong relationship with our clients so that we can provide them with the best possible service. We take immense pride in the work we do, which is why customer satisfaction is our top priority. During the initial cleaning sessions, we focus on thorough cleaning to create momentum in the home. After the second or third cleaning, we delve into smaller and more detailed work as well as organizing processes. Our cleaning sessions generally last for around 3 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a team of husband and wife who have been providing professional cleaning services as a side job for over 11 years. Allison Powell is a nursing student who is passionate about helping others, while Javier Gonzalez is a commercial machine operator with a background in law enforcement. He enjoys fixing and repairing projects. Most importantly, we have four teenage boys in our own home, which makes us experts in cleaning.
