- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no hidden fees what so ever, our prices are trasnparents up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep it very simple and real. Inicial introduction is always important to get to know our customers so this is why we always request a first in person appointment which not necesary in some cases. Then we explain the job process and provide feedbacks, professional advice and guidance. Then eventually we present our quote and it’s always detailed and broken down in case customer wants to change something on their end, and if customer has questions, we are always here to help provide the answers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We specialize in most categories of work in the construction industry for residencial customers, whether is interior or exterior renovations, we have the right training and years of experience to do mostly anything when in comes to home improvements.
