Still waiting for them to pickup the remaining tree waste. They have promised several times now to complete the job, but as of now (3 weeks after payment) they have not. They also did damage to a retaining wall. Additionally, the estimator said they did not charge a fee for using a debit card, but they did charge 3%.

We were impressed when this company responded within minutes of putting in project request in Thumbtack, as well as Ron giving us a call soon after, and scheduling an in person visit and estimate within same day . Ron was awesome in understanding our needs for the work and budget and gave us an honest estimate which made us comfortable and happy accepting. The work crew came right the next day, which is today July 24, 2024. Again, we were amazed with how prompt, swift, careful and efficient they were with taking down 2 trees. The clean up was even amazing. We were not home but our home cameras captured every moment, and we could not be happier and grateful. We will surely refer and endorse Volusia Bobcat Tree Services to all we know.
