We were very happy with the carpet cleaning. But we were lass than happy with the grout cleaning. We had some missing grout before the cleaning but there was more missing afterwards. If we had known this would happen we would not have attempted to clean it.

They did a good job in cleaning the couch and rug. There was a stain left out on carpet and when I called them back, they were pretty responsive, came back and cleaned the area again.
