Special: Even if you hire us only for cleaning services and we see some small repairs that have to be done - this is included in the price as long as we can finish it immediately on site in time. Our Pledge: Quality is our passion. If you're not happy after a job, we will come back free of charge and do our best to fix it. But you will not need it - because quality is our passion. We are new in Florida but we have a long experience in the jobs we are doing in the US and in Germany for up to 20 years.

5-Star Team Gerhard and Claudia are a fantastic team; we couldn’t be happier with their service. Claudia’s thorough cleaning left our two-bedroom, two-bath condo looking refreshed and ready for the new year after we hosted family for the holidays. They paid close attention to the details, ensuring everything was clean and organized, and made our condo feel comfortable and inviting again. Gerhard went above and beyond as a handyman. After cleaning the shower, he identified the need for additional silicone to prevent future leaks and took care of it immediately. Gerhard also identified a small leak under the kitchen sink that, if left unattended, could have caused significant issues while we were away from the Daytona Beach area for an extended period. He fixed the problem by installing a new garbage disposal skillfully and efficiently. Their services are competitively priced and executed at a high standard. We’re thrilled to have found them and plan to use their cleaning services monthly. Highly recommend!

We take safety regulations, insurance and quality serious. Because of that we cannot offer cheap junk-quotes for fast done work without insurance and quality. We are an insured company.
