From photo (all BEYOND dead) and the two photos the day it was completed. They came out, cleaned the dead lawn, laid new sod, watered everything, and explained how I need to water twice daily for three weeks, then a light (high) mow after three weeks. In short, the we quickly to respond, made sure the job was done fully and cleanly, and explained in detail (with patience) what I need to do daily to follow up.

Too bad I am not allowed to pick more than three. From the time John began communicating with us he kept us informed on the progress of our job. He is honest and hard working. John W. recently came to my home to take corrective action for some erosion by the retaining wall in my backyard. He showed himself to be extremely knowledgeable as he quickly identified the cause of the problem and went to work to resolve the issue as well as re-cement some of the concrete blocks that had become loose in the wall itself. Upon completion he also did an awesome job in cleaning up the work area. This was an overall excellent service experience with a hard working, courteous & knowledgeable professional. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

In addition to work quality, professionalism and responsiveness, I would also add value and punctuality. Due to upcoming deployment for both, my husband and myself, we wanted to ensure that our house gets rented before we leave, so the project was very "last minute" and had to be completed within a very specific timeframe. Our backyard needed levelling and grading. John communicated with us very effect tively and in a timely manner. He made everything clear as far as process and cost before starting the project. Due to the location of the property, he encountered some challenges, be he was very creative and able to work around things, and ensure that the project was still completed on time. John was constantly updating us and sending us pictures as the work was getting done. He went beyond and above to ensure that work was completed and we were happy with the result. Would definitely highly recommend and hire again if yard work is needed in the future.
