- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our TV mounting price is set for all TV sizes. Unlike other companies that charge an arm and a leg for TVs over 45 inches we a price for all sizes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and easy. First give us a call and let us know what services you want done. After tell us your availability so we can get your appointment booked, we want to work with whatever time is better for you. Lastly on the day of the appointment our tech will text you to let you know he's on the way. After the service is completed and customer is happy we finally accept the payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always worked with tools. When i got into the business of mounting TV's i was lucky enough to get trained by a different bigger company. I grew a lot and learned everything is there to know. This company however didn't do things the best ways, buying cheap mounts and giving customers a hard time. So i left the company and started my own. Like this i can provide the best materials at the best prices, leaving customers happy with our customer service and the services we provide.
