- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices are flat rate and available for your viewing at any time. There will never be any surprises. We will always talk to you and get your permission before doing any work and we will show you our flat rate pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us or email us to set up your initial inspection. We then come out and inspect your system from head to toe and underground. We offer a full written report that points out all the NEEDS (broken items) as well as other HIGHLY SUGGESTED items for efficiency. We offer flat rate pricing on all repairs, so there is never any surprise. There are no hidden fee's, taxes, etc. What we say the charge will be is what it will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in the industry since 1994. Did everything from minor repairs, to retrofits, to complete installs, residential and commercial. Worked on systems for small 1/4 acre properties, large multi-acre properties, and commercial accounts such as Disney, Target, Walmart and more.
