Initially received a range of hours for arrival but about an hour or so prior to the service, received a text message with a specific arrival time. This allowed me to plan my day a bit better. The tech arrived as promised, listened intently to the my specific service request and was courteous and customer friendly. Explained everything (including the costs) prior to doing the work. Job completed in a timely manner.

the customer service seemed very good to me; but the service leaves a lot to be desired; When I first spoke with customer service they told me that they would be at my house at a specific time; but they arrived before; when I exposed the problem of my sprinkler; They recommended me to call someone else to solve the problem I have; I'm supposed to call them because I don't know what's wrong with my sprinkler; With that answer they gave me, I assume that they are only dedicated to changing sprinkler heads; I think that's all they do. if they need to change sprinkler heads; call them

Jose - sorry you feel this way. We do not handle pump issues and we did not see any leaks in your system that would cause this low pressure. This is very likely a pump issue, though it could be a well issue or something else. But it is not your irrigation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices are flat rate and available for your viewing at any time. There will never be any surprises. We will always talk to you and get your permission before doing any work and we will show you our flat rate pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us or email us to set up your initial inspection. We then come out and inspect your system from head to toe and underground. We offer a full written report that points out all the NEEDS (broken items) as well as other HIGHLY SUGGESTED items for efficiency. We offer flat rate pricing on all repairs, so there is never any surprise. There are no hidden fee's, taxes, etc. What we say the charge will be is what it will be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in the industry since 1994. Did everything from minor repairs, to retrofits, to complete installs, residential and commercial. Worked on systems for small 1/4 acre properties, large multi-acre properties, and commercial accounts such as Disney, Target, Walmart and more.
