Prices depend on the customized menu, typically it is a price per person that include the full service and cost of food.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I like to always do is get you in the phone so we can have a full understanding what the expectations are. Every situation is unique and a quick phone conversation always helps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS at a Johnson and Whales University in Charlotte NC for culinary and hospitality management.
