Welcome to my page everyone my name is Melissa and baking has always been my passion. I am dedicated to always bring my heart and creativity into all my cake designs and flavors. I pride myself in not only to give the customer a cake that looks beautiful but the flavor of the cake stands out on its own. For me it’s just as important that the cake tastes as amazing as it looks. I specialize in custom cakes, wedding cakes and cheesecakes but I also work a variety of other desserts. I have been in the pastry business for 15 years, working in some of the top hotels from The W to The Four Seasons Orlando.

The Bittersweet Cake Co. is hands down the number one place in all of Orlando for cakes. Melissa’s designs are both remarkably beautiful and exceptionally delicious. Recently, she made a cake for my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday that was absolutely perfect.
Melissa exceeded all of her expectations meeting every preference including theme, cake type, filling, and buttercream. Without question, the best cake I have ever tasted.

My son and I LOVED this cupcakes. They came out exactly as I expected them to come out. And all the attention to detail is there. Cupcakes were vanilla and chocolate flavor. Really yummy!
