My pricing is based on the scope of the project and the materials required. I provide a transparent and detailed estimate, and for larger projects, I may offer flexible payment terms. I don’t charge hidden fees and always discuss additional costs before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a consultation to understand the customer’s needs and visit the site to assess the project. I provide a detailed estimate and a timeline. Throughout the project, I keep the customer informed, ensuring that their expectations are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in residential services. We have worked on all types of services including maintenance, painting, repairs, renovations, stairs, wall framing, furniture assembly and more. I have experience including team leadership in a large company where I learned project management and how to deliver high quality work.
