They are personable knowledgeable and quick. They cleaned the tank; and even went to buy fish and live plants which they installed. GREAT EXPERIENCE. They are definite YES to anyone needing tank service. HONEST POLITE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS MY PLEASURE!!!!!!!

Jessica and her team are great. Couldn’t find better service. Jessica was extremely responsive and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed for my setup. I can’t thank her and her team enough for taking care of me. It hasn’t fully cleared up yet, but within a few hours I can’t wait to see how it looks!

I'm not even sure where to start with this review other than saying: Thompson Fish Tank Services are absolute angels- they saved our tanks! They are truly the industry standard for their craft. From the moment Jessica reached out to me I could sense her passion for what she does, and when I met her and Juan in person I knew immediately that I made the right choice- they truly care. They are not only professional but also so kind, knowledgable, and honest. They worked on our tanks without any time pressure, and also with such precision and detail. Five stars is not enough. These guys are the gold standard for aquatics! So glad we found them :)
