- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s important when you are considering your price that you realize it is not about the cheapest hourly rate you can get from a mover, as customer you want experienced movers but also honest and respectful movers to get the job done in fastest and safest way possible. Service is equally important as the price if not more. We offer flat hourly rates in all our services with no hidden or extra fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your move. Our goal will always be to meet and exceed your expectations so we will show you honesty, transparency and quality of customer service throughout the whole moving process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We operate a professionally run business, and education and training is a very important part of what we do everyday. Our education involves intensive training in packing, disassembly, reassembly and organizing skills, to ensure safety for all your households and our movers, each crew maintains the highest quality of service everyday.
